By choosing TNT Sound Xplosion Services, you agree to the following: TNT Sound Xplosion will provide musical entertainment for the Event Price outlined in the contract. The client must remit a deposit specified in the contract to reserve the date and time; the balance will be collected NO LATER THAN one week prior to the specified event. The Client understands all reservations come on a first to DEPOSIT basis.

The Client understands an additional 2 hours is added into the total hours for setup and breakdown for all events. Please note, gratuity should not be included in the Balance Due and should be paid to the DJ's/Band Members at the end of the event, if you feel it is appropriate. It is further understood that any deposits made to TNT Sound Xplosion are NON-REFUNDABLE. If the specified event is cancelled for any reason beyond the control of TNT Sound Xplosion, cancellations must be made in writing (email notification is acceptable) THIRTY DAYS prior to the specified date.

Cancellations after that period obligate the CLIENT to pay FIFTY percent (1/2) of the outstanding balance due. TNT Sound Xplosion DOES ALLOW THE CLIENT TO APPLY THE DEPOSIT PAID TO ANOTHER DATE/ITEM IF: 1) The date has not already been reserved; (2) The cancellation is made within the above guidelines AND (3) The rescheduled date is within ONE (1) year of the original event date. The client shall provide a reasonably safe and secure area for DJ/Band members and equipment; this includes covered protection for events held outdoors.

TNT Sound Xplosion will have the final say as to the placement of speakers, location, and method of operation of all sound and lighting equipment provided by TNT Sound Xplosion. The DJ/Band has the right to deny any guest access to the sound system, music library or equipment owned or leased by TNT Sound Xplosion. Furthermore, if the event ceases before the specified end time, no monetary reimbursement will be given.

TNT Sound Xplosion reserves the right to substitute and/or terminate DJ/Band(s) equipment and/or lighting due to circumstances beyond the control of TNT Sound Xplosion. The DJ/Band has the right to accept or deny requests however will try to accommodate the client and guest's requests as best as possible. TNT Sound Xplosion will not be held responsible for electrical power outages due to bad weather or poor wiring. All electrical circuits must comply with NEC wiring standards and connected to a 20 amp circuit breaker.

The CLIENT assumes responsibility for the conduct of his/her guests and further assumes responsibility for any damages or loss of equipment and/or recording owned by TNT Sound Xplosion due to their misconduct. The DJ/Band(s) and their assistants will not use any illegal drugs. Drinking of any alcoholic beverages while on duty is at the discretion of the Client. TNT Sound Xplosion proudly accepts Visa, Master and Debit cards, Personal checks or money orders. For credit card payment made over the phone, you are giving TNT Sound Xplosion your permission to charge your credit card account; you will be required to provide basic information such as the credit card number, expiration date, and verification/security code. Once the transaction is completed, we destroy (SHREAD) any paperwork with your Credit Card information. This is done for your safety and privacy.
